目的:探讨和胃安神方对失眠大鼠血浆及下丘脑瘦素(leptin)的影响。方法:将30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、失眠模型组、和胃安神方中药组。采用用放射免疫分析法检测血浆及下丘脑组织leptin的含量。结果:和胃安神方组血浆leptin含量为(1.405±0.347)ng/m L,低于模型组(2.159±0.421)ng/m L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),与正常组(1.279±0.535)ng/m L比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);和胃安神方组下丘脑leptin含量为(55.094±9.991)pg/mg,低于模型组(74.877±10.977)pg/mg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),与正常组(51.459±10.623)pg/mg比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:和胃安神方治疗失眠症的疗效机制可能与其调节leptin含量有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Weishen Anshen Recipe on plasma and hypothalamic leptin in insomnia rats. Methods: Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, insomnia model group and Weishenping prescription group. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma and hypothalamic leptin content. Results: The content of leptin in Hewei Anshen prescription group was (1.405 ± 0.347) ng / m L, lower than that in model group (2.159 ± 0.421) ng / m L, with statistical significance (P <0.01) 1.279 ± 0.535) ng / m L (P> 0.05). The content of leptin in hypothalamus of Hewei Anshen Fang group was (55.094 ± 9.991) pg / mg, which was lower than that of model group (74.877 ± 10.977) pg / mg , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), compared with the normal group (51.459 ± 10.623) pg / mg no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of “Weishen Anshen Decoction” on insomnia may be related to its regulation of leptin content.
