城市排水管网是一项系统工程,是城市基础设施的重要组成部分。由于排水管网深埋地下,覆盖整个城市,建设投资巨大,工期漫长,对城市外貌又无增色,所以很难引起重视。根据长期排水规划设计工作体会,认为城市排水工程的规划和实施必须严格执行规划法,同时对现行“室外排水设计规范”中的部分条文提出修改建议。 Urban drainage network is a systematic project, is an important part of urban infrastructure.
