目的建立同时测定消毒剂中的邻苯基苯酚和邻苯基对氯苯酚2种杀菌有效成分的高效液相色谱法。方法在C1(84.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱上,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为85∶15),流量为1.0ml/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为25℃下进行检测。结果邻苯基苯酚和邻苯基对氯苯酚的线性范围为5~200mg/L,相关系数为1.0000,检出限为1mg/L,相对标准偏差小于0.23%,加标回收率为93.2%~98.9%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,适合消毒剂中的邻苯基苯酚和邻苯基对氯苯酚的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 2 kinds of bactericidal active ingredients of o-phenylphenol and o-phenyl-p-chlorophenol in disinfectants. Methods The mobile phase was methanol-water (volume ratio 85:15) on a C1 (84.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) column. The flow rate was 1.0ml / min, the detection wavelength was 230nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃ . Results The linear range of o-phenylphenol and o-phenyl-p-chlorophenol was 5 ~ 200mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 1.0000, the detection limit was 1mg / L, the relative standard deviation was less than 0.23%, and the recoveries were 93.2% 98.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of o-phenylphenol and o-phenyl-p-chlorophenol in disinfectants.
