探索党建共建的机制是深化校企合作内涵的重要举措。文中分析了当前高职院校的党建工作系统性与连贯性矛盾,被动应对高职教育发展形势,党建缺位于校企合作等现状及原因;提出了以资源协同、共享共赢的原则成立校企联合党支部的设想,构建了高职院校的党建工作新机制。此机制满足了高职院校的发展需求;提升了党建工作的质量。
Exploring the mechanism for building the party building is an important measure to deepen the connotation of the cooperation between schools and enterprises. This paper analyzes the systematic and coherent contradictions in the party building in the current higher vocational colleges, the passive response to the situation of the development of higher vocational education, the lack of party building in the status quo and the reasons for the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and proposes the establishment of a school based on the principle of resource collaboration and sharing and win-win The idea of combining enterprise with the party branch has constructed a new mechanism of party building in higher vocational colleges. This mechanism meets the development needs of higher vocational colleges and enhances the quality of party building.
