由于智能手机的普及和方便携带,在线旅游APP为在线旅游供应商的发展带来了新的机会和挑战。消费者需求决定了用户体验的基本范畴,人们购买的已不再是产品或服务,而是对某种体验的预期。本文从旅游APP界面设计、架构设计和交互设计三个角度出发,对同程旅游APP的体验和与其他旅游APP的对比分析,指出其在用户体验方面的优势和不足,希望在产品同质化愈演愈烈的当前形势下,同程旅游能不断优化其APP的架构设计,提升用户体验满意度。 Due to the popularity and portability of smartphones, online travel APP presents new opportunities and challenges for the development of online travel providers. Consumer needs determine the basic categories of user experience, people are no longer purchased products or services, but rather an experience of expectations. In this paper, from the perspective of tourism APP interface design, architecture design and interaction design, this paper analyzes the experience of the same travel APP and comparison with other travel APP, point out its advantages and disadvantages in user experience, and hope that in the product homogeneity As the current situation intensifies, Tongcheng Travel can continuously optimize the architectural design of its APP and enhance user experience satisfaction.
