目的：测定不同厂家的先锋必素的生物利用度，用药物经济学理论指导合理用药。方法：ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定家兔血浓，根据临床用药情况，分析成本－效益比。结果：相对生物利用度Ａ为１００％，Ｂ为９０．０７％，Ｃ为６６．２８％，治愈时间，Ａ，Ｂ为３ｄ，Ｃ为７ｄ，直接药费Ａ为１３３８．００元，Ｂ为１１４６．２０元，Ｃ为８２６．００元。结论：生物利用度高者，治愈时间短，直接药费高，反之，直接药费低，但拖长治愈时间，病人需负担间接费用及隐性费用，因此，建议临床选用高效、高生物利用度、速效药物。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the bioavailability of Pioneer Biotin from different manufacturers and to guide the rational use of drug by the theory of pharmacoeconomics. Methods: The blood concentration of rabbits was determined by RP-HPLC, and the cost-benefit ratio was analyzed according to the clinical application. Results: The relative bioavailability A was 100%, B was 90.07%, C was 66.28%. The cure time was A, B was 3d, C was 7d. The direct drug cost A was 1338.00 yuan. B was 1146.20 yuan, C is 826.00 yuan. Conclusion: The higher the bioavailability, the shorter the cure time, the direct cost is high, on the contrary, the direct drug cost is low, but prolonged healing time, the patient need to bear the indirect costs and implicit costs, therefore, recommended clinical use of high efficiency, high bioavailability Degree, quick-acting drugs.
