探讨纤维素酶辅助提取枣核中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,为红枣加工副产物的进一步开发利用提供理论基础。以红枣核为原料,研究纤维素酶用量、酶解温度、酶解时间、酶解pH等因素对红枣核中总黄酮提取的影响。枣核中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:采用60%乙醇溶液做为提取液,纤维素酶用量1.5%,酶解温度为55℃,酶解时间为90 min,酶解pH为5.0,总黄酮提取量为487.8 mg/100 g。纤维素酶在枣核总黄酮提取过程中发挥了重要作用,与未添加酶相比,枣核中总黄酮提取量增加了24.3%。
To explore the optimum conditions for cellulase assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Ziziphus jujube nucleus and provide a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Ziziphus jujuba processing by-products. Using jujube nucleus as raw material, the effects of cellulase dosage, enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time and pH value on the extraction of total flavonoids in jujube nucleus were studied. The optimum conditions for the extraction of total flavonoids from jujube nucleus were as follows: 60% ethanol solution was used as the extract, the amount of cellulase was 1.5%, the enzymolysis temperature was 55 ℃, the enzymolysis time was 90 min, the enzymolysis pH was 5.0, The total flavonoid extract was 487.8 mg / 100 g. Cellulase played an important role in the extraction of total flavonoids from Zanthoxylum callus, and the total flavonoid extract of Zygotic jujube increased by 24.3% compared with that without cellulase.
