目的观察维柳芬片治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法选取医院骨科收治的强直性脊柱炎患者95例,随机分为观察组(48例)和对照组(47例)。观察组给予维柳芬片治疗,对照组给予雷公藤多苷片治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后症状改善情况和临床综合疗效。结果 2组治疗后疼痛、肿胀和晨僵症状较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05),观察组症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.9%,高于对照组的87.2%(P<0.05)。结论维柳芬片治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Weiliufen tablets in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Ninety-five patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (47 cases). The observation group was given VIV and the control group was given Tripterygium glycosides tablets. Two groups of patients before and after treatment to improve the symptoms and clinical efficacy. Results The symptoms of pain, swelling and morning stiffness were improved in both groups after treatment (P <0.05). The symptom improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The observation group, the total effective rate was 97.9%, 87.2% higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Weiliufen tablets for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis clinical effect is significant, it is worth promoting the application.
