Since mid-July, the Nasdaq index has fluctuated at 4,000 points and the IPO market has gradually recovered. On July 12, Sohu, a Chinese portal portal, was listed on the NASDAQ with a launch price of $ 13 and raised funds of $ 59.8 million.
