10月17日,中国建筑材料企业管理协会发布2012年中国建材企业500强名单,伊犁南岗建材(集团)有限责任公司荣列其中,这已是该公司第三次获此殊荣。就在十几年前,这家团办小厂只有一条生产线,年生产水泥仅7万吨,资产不足千万元。1997年11月,杨国伊被任命为农四师七十三团副团长兼南岗水泥厂厂长。当时,他清醒地意识到,改制重组、走股份制道路是企业改革发展的唯一出路。
On October 17, China Building Materials Business Management Association released a list of the top 500 Chinese building materials enterprises in 2012. Yili Nangang Building Materials (Group) Co., Ltd. was honored for the third time. Just a dozen years ago, there was only one production line for this small group factory, with an annual output of only 70,000 tons of cement and less than 10 million yuan of assets. In November 1997, Yang Guoyi was appointed Deputy Head of the Seventy-third Division of the Nongnong Division and Director of Nangang Cement Plant. At that time, he was soberly aware that restructuring and reorganization and taking the shareholding system were the only way out for the reform and development of enterprises.
