标准舞是国际标准舞的一种,也称之为摩登舞、社交舞。其舞蹈特点是舞姿优雅、造型唯美,舞蹈动作多以移动为主。作为一种升降幅度很大的舞蹈种类,膝关节在标准舞的运动中起到至关重要的作用,同时因其受重较大,也是最容易受伤的身体部位之一,如半月板,损伤后是无法痊愈的,这对我们的生活和舞蹈带来的是永久性的伤病。因此,系统学习和了解膝关节的组织构造以及科学研究膝关节在标准舞中的运动规律对于舞者提高舞蹈技术、延续舞蹈生涯以及保护身体健康是至关重要的。
