目的:探讨流程管理在手术室腹腔镜设备管理中的应用。方法:全面梳理手术室腹腔镜设备使用的流程规范,对全科护士进行培训,以核心流程、辅助流程和质控流程为指导,对腹腔镜设备的使用维护全过程进行监控,加强设备的有效利用。结果:规范手术室腹腔镜设备的使用,提高手术室护理工作效率和质量,医生满意度由84%上升至96%。手术时间缩短,腔镜设备维修次数降低及配件购买费用降低。结论:构建规范、流程的腹腔镜设备使用流程,可有效地提高护理工作效率和医生满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of process management in laparoscopic equipment management in operating room. Methods: To comprehensively sort out the procedure specification of operating room laparoscopic equipment and to train general nurses. Under the guidance of core process, auxiliary process and quality control process, the whole process of laparoscopic equipment should be monitored to enhance the effectiveness of equipment use. Results: Regulating the use of laparoscopic equipment in operating room and improving the efficiency and quality of operating room nursing, the satisfaction of doctors increased from 84% to 96%. Surgery time is shortened, reducing the number of endoscopic equipment repair and accessories to reduce the purchase cost. Conclusion: The construction of norms, processes, laparoscopic equipment flow, can effectively improve the nursing work efficiency and doctor satisfaction.
