介绍了涡流传感器的原理,选用差动式涡流传感器检测偏差信息,通过最小二乘法拟合得到传感器的线性曲线。信号的处理采用硬件滤波加软件滤波方法,采用门限区加比例控制的方法对焊缝进行跟踪。经实验证明,涡流传感器用于焊缝自动跟踪可行,跟踪效果好。
The principle of the eddy current sensor is introduced. The differential eddy current sensor is used to detect the deviation information, and the linear curve of the sensor is obtained through the least squares fitting. Signal processing using hardware filtering and software filtering method, the use of threshold control method with proportional control of the weld tracking. The experiment proves that the eddy current sensor is suitable for the automatic tracking of the weld and the tracking effect is good.
