为了研究深部高应力煤巷围岩的失稳破坏机理,以千秋煤矿为工程背景,针对巷道围岩变形特征,通过现场调查及地质力学参数测定等手段对失稳破坏原因进行了研究分析,并由此提出了高强预应力锚网索→喷浆封闭→注浆加固→高强度钢支架分级强化支护技术。数据模拟及应用表明,该支护技术能够减少巷道围岩变形,对控制煤巷围岩稳定性具有良好效果。
In order to study the mechanism of instability failure of surrounding rock in deep high stress coal roadway, taking Chiaki Coal Mine as an example, the causes of instability failure are studied and analyzed according to the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of the roadway through field investigation and determination of geomechanical parameters Therefore, high-strength prestressed anchor net → shotcrete closed → grouting reinforced → high-strength steel support stepped reinforcement support technology. The data simulation and application show that the supporting technology can reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and has good effect on controlling the stability of the surrounding rock of the coal lane.
