王台铺矿是1988年7月份实行安全风险抵押的。五年多来，我们不断完善安全风险抵押办法，把全矿的安全生产与每个职工的切身利益挂钩，层层传递安全压力，增强了职工安全责任感，激发了职工关心安全、注意安全的积级性、主动性，对实行全员、全过程、全方位的全面安全管理起到了重要的激励作用。
