用毛细管流变仪研究POM/Fe熔体的流变行为。讨论POM/Fe熔体的非牛顿性和Fe含量、剪切速率对体系黏度的影响,温度对体系黏度的影响。结果表明:POM/Fe熔体均为假塑性流体;其熔体黏度随Fe粉含量的增加而增大,而且Fe粉含量低于4%时体系黏度小于POM熔体;各体系的黏流活化能变化不大。
Rheological behavior of POM / Fe melt was investigated by capillary rheometer. The non-Newtonian and Fe content of POM / Fe melt, the influence of shear rate on the viscosity of the system and the influence of temperature on the viscosity of the system were discussed. The results show that the POM / Fe melt is pseudoplastic fluid. The melt viscosity increases with the increase of Fe content. When the content of Fe powder is less than 4%, the viscosity of the system is less than that of POM melt. Can not change much.
