目的:探讨三维超声自由解剖成像技术(OmniView)在诊断胎儿唇腭裂中的应用价值,为胎儿唇腭裂畸形的早期诊断提供依据。方法:分别用二维超声及三维OmniView技术采集60例正常胎儿及15例唇腭裂胎儿的数据,比较两种方法对唇腭部的显示率,以及两种方法对唇腭裂畸形的符合率。结果:二维超声与OmniView技术对唇部及牙槽突弓均能较满意显示(均P>0.05)。OmniView技术对硬腭和软腭的显示率高于二维超声(均P<0.05)。三维OmniView技术对腭裂诊断的符合率(13/15)高于二维超声(8/15),差异有统计学意义。结论:三维超声OmniView技术对胎儿腭部的显示率高于二维超声,可提高患儿腭裂的检出率及准确率。
Objective: To investigate the value of OmniView in the diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate, and to provide evidence for the early diagnosis of cleft lip and palate. Methods: The data of 60 normal fetuses and 15 fetuses with cleft lip and palate were collected by two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional OmniView respectively. The display rate of cleft lip and palate between the two methods and the coincidence rate of cleft palate and cleft palate were compared between the two methods. Results: Two-dimensional ultrasound and OmniView technology were more satisfactory for the lip and alveolar process (all P> 0.05). The OmniView technique showed a higher rate of visualization of the hard palate and soft palate than two-dimensional sonography (both P <0.05). The coincidence rate of three-dimensional OmniView technique for the diagnosis of cleft palate (13/15) was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (8/15), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Three-dimensional ultrasound OmniView technology shows higher rate of fetus palate than two-dimensional ultrasound, can improve the detection rate of cleft palate and accuracy.
