已有一些文献用分光光度法测定Sc(Ⅲ),但用铬天青B(CAB)与Sc(Ⅲ)的络合显色反应的研究文献似未见到。本文系统地研究了在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,Sc(Ⅲ)与CAB络合反应的条件,实验结果表明,在(CH_2)_8N_4-HCl的缓冲液(pH4.5)中,Sc(Ⅲ)与CAB和CTMAB形成绿色络合物λmax630nm,ε=1.28×10~5,Sc(Ⅲ)含量在0~6μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。用摩尔比法、连续变化法和斜率比法则得络合物组成为Sc:CAB:CTMAB=1:2:3,并用拟定方法进行了合成样和稀土矿石中钪的测定,结果满意。
Some papers have used spectrophotometry to determine Sc (Ⅲ), but there is no such literature on the complexation reaction of chrome azure B (CAB) with Sc (Ⅲ). In this paper, the conditions for the complexation of Sc (Ⅲ) with CAB in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) have been systematically studied. The experimental results show that in the presence of (CH_2) _8N_4-HCl in buffer ), Sc (Ⅲ) forms a green complex λmax630nm with ε = 1.28 × 10 ~ 5 for Sc (Ⅲ) and CAB and CTMAB. Beer ’s law is obeyed for Sc (Ⅲ) in the range of 0 ~ 6μg / 25ml. The molar ratio method, continuous variation method and slope ratio method were used to determine the scandium content of Sc: CAB: CTMAB = 1: 2: 3, and the determination of scandium in the synthesized samples and rare earth ores with satisfactory results was obtained.
