从新生牛肝脏提取肝细胞再生刺激因子(cHSS),并对其理化及生物学特性进行研究。cHSS对原代大鼠肝细胞具有刺激活性,使DNA合成明显增加,其活性经95℃加热15分钟无明显下降,但对蛋白酶敏感。动物试验结果表明,cHSS能显著降低D-GAL致肝损伤大鼠血清ALT水平,对损伤肝细胞具有保护及修复作用,能明显提高CCL4致急性肝功能衰竭小鼠的生存率。
Hepatocyte regeneration stimulator (cHSS) was extracted from neonatal bovine liver and its physico-chemical and biological properties were studied. CHSS has stimulating activity on primary rat hepatocytes and DNA synthesis increased significantly. The activity of cHSS was not significantly decreased after heating at 95 ℃ for 15 minutes, but sensitive to protease. Animal experiments show that cHSS can significantly reduce serum ALT levels induced by D-galactose-induced liver injury in rats and protect and repair damaged hepatocytes, and can significantly improve the survival rate of CCL4-induced acute liver failure mice.
