韩国在转型期的产业技术进步、对外贸易政策、宏观调控政策以及金融部门与企业制度改革有力地支撑了经济结构改革,完成了经济转型。韩国作为从最贫穷国家发展成高收入国家的为数不多的案例,对中国经济改革与经济转型具有重要借鉴意义。中国要进一步完善国家经济治理体系,通过优化产业结构的供给面,调整资源配置机制,充分挖掘有效需求,为微观经济主题的发展提供良好发展空间。
The industrial technological progress, foreign trade policies, macro-control policies and reforms in the financial sector and the enterprise system during the transition period in Korea strongly supported the economic structural reform and completed the economic restructuring. As one of the few cases of developing into a high-income country from the poorest countries, South Korea is of great reference to China’s economic reform and economic restructuring. To further improve the national economic governance system, China should provide a good space for development of the micro-economic theme by optimizing the supply side of industrial structure, adjusting the mechanism of resource allocation and fully taping effective demand.
