东营区、河口区、利津县为东营市风能资源较丰富区,可以利用风能资源进行发电或风力提水。目前东营市风能资源的发展主要体现在风力发电上。根据国内外先进的风力发电经验以及东营各地区的实际情况,可以建立风能资源观测系统、开展浅海风电项目建设以及加大风力提水利用度等方案,促进东营市逐步加强风能资源的开发利用。
Dongying District, Hekou District, Lijin County, Dongying City, a rich area of wind energy resources, wind power can be used for power generation or wind water. At present, the development of wind energy resources in Dongying City is mainly reflected in the wind power generation. According to the advanced wind power experience at home and abroad as well as the actual situation in various regions of Dongying, we can establish a wind energy resource observation system, carry out the construction of shallow-sea wind power projects and increase the utilization rate of wind water to promote the development and utilization of wind energy resources in Dongying City.
