2013年以来,赤峰市、兴安盟、呼伦贝尔市、巴彦淖尔市、鄂尔多斯市、呼和浩特市等盐业公司积极贯彻落实区公司盘活土地、房产资源的要求,因地制宜、充分利用房地产资源,拓展发展空间实现新突破。截止目前,通过整体置换共盘活土地3.9万平方米、建筑物1.6万平方米,维修新建、综合利用房产5700平方米,年出租创收近千万元。
