通过测定不同营养限制条件下真姬菇(Hypsizygus marmoreus)两个品种白玉菇、灰蟹菇及其单核菌株杂交选育的新菌株515的菌丝生长速度及观察形态特征,明确杂交菌株515的抗逆性。结果表明,灰蟹菇对各种营养胁迫具有较好的抗逆性。新菌株515对低氮条件适应性较差,高无机盐抑制了其菌丝的生长;低氮加吐温后,其菌丝生长速度明显高于灰蟹菇,菌丝形态洁白浓密、边缘整齐,提高了菌株515对氮源胁迫的抗性;但在低碳条件下其菌丝生长速度较快,与菌株灰蟹菇相比有显著差异,与菌株白玉菇相比无显著差异,说明菌株515对碳源胁迫抵抗力较强。针对真姬菇栽培原料以碳源为主,说明该菌株具有良好的生产应用价值。
The mycelial growth rate and morphological characteristics of the new strain 515 of Hypsizygus marmoreus under different nutrition restriction conditions were observed. Stress resistance. However, its mycelial growth rate was relatively low under low carbon conditions, which was significantly different from that of strain Crabgrass 515 is more resistant to carbon source stress. For the cultivation of Hysteria mushroom material mainly carbon source, indicating that the strain has a good production and application value.
