2012年,云南电网面临的形势是“一重两大六不定”(安全生产任务重;安全生产压力大、电网风险大;来水不定、来煤不定、自然灾害不定、电力建设项目投产时间不定、负荷不定、外送不定),形势异常严峻。但是在如此困难的形势下,电网、电厂、用户,在省委省政府还有电监办大力支持下,齐心协力,攻坚克难,很好地保障了电网的安全运行,最大限度的满足了我们全省电力的供应,成绩有目共睹。
