在滨海区存在着大量由吹填土形成的建设用地,下部广泛分布有厚层的淤泥土层,由于其形成时间短,具有欠固结特性,因此在上覆吹填土层的作用下会产生明显的沉降,表现为地面持续的沉降。本文根据某化工储罐区地面沉降情况,结合场地地层、建筑物基础形式等,分析地面沉降的产生原因,并采用理论分析方法预测后期可能的沉降量
There is a large amount of construction land in the coastal area formed by dredging and filling, and thick silt layer widely distributed in the lower part. Based on the situation of land subsidence in a chemical storage tank area, this paper analyzes the causes of land subsidence with the combination of site strata and building foundation forms, and uses theoretical analysis to predict the possible settlement
