本文分析了氢对石油化工用无缝钢管力学性能的影响,试验结果表明:渗氢后钢管的屈服强度升高,屈强比增加,断面收缩率及冲击性能降低;渗氢后拉伸断口呈鱼眼特征,鱼眼中心有铝酸钙、硫化钙、镁铝尖晶石及碳化铌等夹杂物;硫化物应力腐蚀A法单轴拉伸试验早期断裂失效与钢基体中非金属夹杂物有关.
