我国高校体育教学以前大多忽视学生的兴趣爱好和个体需求,没能重视学生主体地位。新课标出现以后,高校体育教学开始选择一些有利于学生身心发展、适应社会需求教学内容。高校体育教学内容的选择、拓展与新编,都要求做到时效性、科学性和趣味性,教学内容要有利于体育教学目标的实现、切合学生实际,具有时代性特征。根据整体性、科学性、特色性和整合性的教学原则,按照一定的教学步骤进行内容的选编。为此,由毛振明与于素梅编写的《体育教学内容选编技巧与案例》一书,对我国高校体育教学理论研究有着一定参考价值和作用。本书内容包括体育锻炼内容、运动健康内容、心理卫生内容、运动竞赛等体育教学的重点内容,以及棋牌杂技、电子竞技、劳作、艺术舞蹈也开始进入体育课堂的大门,导致了现代体育教学不堪重负。
