等转化率法测定β-CD/1-MCP包结物分解反应的动力学参数

用等转化率法测定了-βCD与1-MCP包结物分解反应的动力学参数.结果表明:以ln(Φ/Tm2)~1/Tm和lnTm~1/Tm作图均能得到一条线性关系良好的直线,由此可以求出活化能Ea=101.71 kJ/mol,指前因子A=4.05×1011s-1,活化焓ΔHa=97.81 kJ/mol,活化熵ΔSa=5.03 J/(mol.K).-βCD与1-MCP之间没有形成强烈的化学键,而主要是靠范?华力相结合的.-βCD与1-MCP包结物热分解反应的速率控制步骤是范?华力的断裂,没有新键的形成来补偿旧键断裂的能量消耗. The kinetic parameters of the decomposition reaction between -βCD and 1-MCP were determined by the same conversion method. The results showed that the linearity of ln (Φ / Tm2) ~ 1 / Tm and lnTm ~ 1 / The activation energy Ea = 101.71 kJ / mol, pre-exponential factor A = 4.05 × 1011 s-1, activation enthalpy ΔHa = 97.81 kJ / mol and activation entropy ΔSa = 5.03 J / (mol · K ) .- There is no strong chemical bond between β -CD and 1-MCP, but mainly by van der Waal’s combination.-The rate controlling step of thermal decomposition of βCD and 1-MCP inclusion is Van der Waals’ Fracture, no new bond formation to compensate for the energy consumption of broken old bond.
