物体表面的细菌总数是指从受检物品表面采样,经一定条件下培养,检出物体表面一定面积上所含的细菌总数。为了观察对同一面积上不同次数反复涂抹采样对细菌捕获率的影响,我们对驻京某部招待所、接待中心客房的茶具、卧具、毛巾以及餐厅的碗、筷等餐饮具作采样检验。现将结果报告如下。1采样方法第1次涂抹,用浸湿生理盐水的无菌棉拭,在边长5cm的规格平面上有序地涂抹一遍,用无菌剪刀将棉拭头剪入10ml生理盐水试管中;第2次涂抹,另取1支棉拭在同一物体同一块表面上,按上述方法再涂抹一遍,将棉拭头剪入另一生理盐水试管中,以两次所得菌数之和作为两次涂抹法的结果。以相同次序和方法作第3、4次采样。将试管充分摇匀后,取1ml样液接种于平皿上并倾注营养琼脂,于37℃培
