随着油田注聚合物三次采油的不断发展,静态混合器用于注聚合物领域的量也越来越大.而目前油田使用的静态混合器大多数是从化工行业移植过来的,没有针对注聚合物溶液的特殊要求进行专门研究.从现场使用效果来看,这些静态混合器对于聚合物粘度的降解作用过大.为此,设计了一种新型静态混合器,并对它的混合程度进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,该静态混合器的混合程度符合现场要求.
With the continuous development of tertiary recovery of oilfield polymer injection, the amount of static mixer used in polymer injection field is also increasing. At present, most static mixers used in the oilfields are transplanted from the chemical industry. There is no special research on the special requirements for polymer solution injection. From the point of view of on-site use, these static mixers have a detrimental effect on the degradation of polymer viscosity. To this end, a new type of static mixer is designed, and its degree of mixing is experimentally studied. The experimental results show that the mixing degree of the static mixer meets the requirements of the site.
