对气井生产系统节流模拟的软件有很多,但PIPESIM软件的节流模拟较为普遍,运用该软件对实际气田生产中发生水合物冻堵问题进行模拟分析,发现选择4.5 mm嘴径的节流器下入800 m井深处来防治井筒内和井口处生成的水合物。通过相关设计,从气田整个生产系统的角度出发,利用井下节流工艺,可以有效防治GY生产区块气田生产系统中的水合物生成问题。
There are many softwares to simulate the throttling of gas well production system. However, the throttling simulation of PIPESIM software is quite common. Using this software to simulate the freezing problem of hydrate in the actual gas field production, we find that the choke Depth 800 m deep to prevent hydrate formation in the wellbore and at the wellhead. Through the relevant design, from the point of view of the entire production system in the gas field, the downhole throttling process can effectively prevent and control hydrate formation in the production system of gas fields in the GY production block.
