目的本研究旨在描述信息化时代背景下高职生时间管理倾向性,进而为探究当前高职生时间管理能力培养策略提供新的理论依据。方法运用黄希庭和张志杰制的青少年时间管理倾向量表,面向山东省潍坊市某高职院校405名高职生进行调查。结果时间管理倾向的总分均值为176.25±22.52,各维度(包括时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感)总分均值为43.20±5.39、92.02±13.15、40.44±5.88。
Objective This study aims to describe the tendency of the time management of higher vocational students in the information age, and to provide a new theoretical basis for exploring the current management strategies of the time management of higher vocational students. Methods A total of 405 vocational college students from a vocational college in Weifang City of Shandong Province were investigated using the time management aptitude scale for adolescents by Huang Xiting and Zhang Zhijie. Results The total score of time management tendencies was 176.25 ± 22.52. The mean scores of all dimensions (including the sense of time value, time monitoring, and time efficacy) were 43.20 ± 5.39, 92.02 ± 13.15 and 40.44 ± 5.88.
