我厂共有新老系列各种空调设备85台,分散在全厂41个岗位上。1983年,我们在设备管理工作中推行全面质量管理,并开始学习运用 TPM(全员生产维护)狠抓了设备的管理、用、养、修、改造等工作,提高了设备的管理水平,使我厂空调冷冻设备完好率达到97.7%,设备故障由83年的53次减到85年的6次,降低了68.2%,提高了设备运行率,为高温作业工人提供了良好的工作环境。
I plant a total of 85 new and old series of air-conditioning equipment, scattered throughout the plant 41 positions. In 1983, we implemented Total Quality Management in equipment management and began to learn how to use TPM (Full Production Maintenance) to pay close attention to the management, use, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of equipment, and to improve the management level of equipment so that I plant air-conditioning refrigeration equipment intact rate of 97.7%, equipment failure from 83 in 83 to 85 in 85 6%, a decrease of 68.2%, increased equipment operation rate for high temperature workers to provide a good working environment.
