抽样检测了天津市区儿童尿碘和饮水碘,结果为儿童尿碘呈明显正偏态分布,中位数58.46μg/L,水碘分布有区域差异.高者均值为9.0μg/L,低者均值为2.4μg/L,但不同水碘区儿童尿碘分布无显著差异。认为天津市区属于缺碘地区,有必要实行人工补碘。
The urinary iodine and drinking water iodine of children in Tianjin were sampled and tested. The results showed that urine iodine was positively skewed in children with a median of 58.46 μg / L, with a regional difference in water-iodine distribution. The mean of high iodine was 9.0μg / L, while that of low iodine was 2.4μg / L. There was no significant difference in urinary iodine in children with different water iodine. Believe that the urban areas of Tianjin belong to iodine deficiency areas, it is necessary to implement artificial iodine.
