元胡止痛片系以元胡、白芷制成的中药片剂,具有显著而持久的止痛作用。本文主要对该成药中的止痛有效成分-延胡索总碱及延胡索乙素的含量,分别用两相溶剂滴定法和薄层层析——紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果提示二者具有相关性,提出以延胡索总生物碱或延胡索乙素为指标控制元胡止痛片的质量,并给元胡止痛片的质量标准提供了参考资料。
Yuanhu Analgesic Tablets are Chinese medicine tablets made from Yuanhu and Baiyu. They have significant and long-lasting analgesic effects. The contents of the total analgesic effective ingredients of corydadol and corydatoine in the preparation of the drug were determined by two-phase solvent titration and thin layer chromatography-ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results suggest that the two are related. It is suggested that the quality of Yuanhu Zhitong Tablets should be controlled with total alkaloids from corydalis or Tetrahydropalmatine as the index, and provide reference materials for the quality standards of Yuanhu Analgesic Tablets.
