英语中主谓一致关系是个既重要、又复杂且难掌握的问题,在各种入学试题及水平测试题中对此问题常有涉及。在人称和数上谓语动词和主语必须保持一致,决定这一关系的原则总起来说有三,即:A、语法一致;B、概念一致;C、邻近一致。语法一致的原则是指谓语动词必须与主语的数保持一致。例如:Children always enjoy their birthday。(句中主语Children是复数,故谓语动词用复数。)
The principle of predicate agreement in English is an important, complex and difficult to grasp the problem, in a variety of entrance questions and level test questions often involve this issue. In the person and the number of predicate verbs and subject must be consistent, the principle of determining the relationship generally speaking, there are three, namely: A, the same grammar; B, the same concept; C, the same. The principle of grammatical consistency is that the predicate verb must be consistent with the subject number. For example: Children always enjoy their birthday. (The subject of the sentence Children is plural, so the predicate verb plural.)
