李凤玺,1969年生,甘肃庆阳人。1999年毕业于西北师范大学,现为甘肃省美术家协会会员。凤玺为人质朴真诚,作画也质朴真诚,画和人自然地融合到一起。总观其作,有大有小,大者势足丰腴、小者轻松自然,大能尽其厚、小能尽其简,真是各存风致。他也绘山水,多为黄土高原。偶作人物,形态有致,个性鲜明。有何种人必有何种画,凤玺热爱生活,故其作多为入世之画。凤玺心胸广阔,交游画界
