本文根据热平衡实验结果及有关过程参数对一定压加热循环内燃机热力过程进行了火用分析。从分析结果可以看出 :两种平衡分析所得出的总装置效率基本相同 ,但各种损失对装置效率的影响程度却有着很大的不同。火用平衡分析结果可以更具体的指出造成内燃机中可用能损失的原因及其影响程度并指明改进方向。本文的火用平衡分析结果表明 :减少排气冷却散热损失、改善燃料燃烧过程是提高内燃机经济性的主要途径
In this paper, based on the results of thermal equilibrium experiment and the relevant process parameters, the exergy analysis of the thermal process of a certain internal combustion engine under pressure and heat cycle was carried out. From the analysis results, it can be seen that the total efficiency of the two devices is basically the same, but the impact of various losses on the efficiency of the device is quite different. The results of the exergy balance analysis can more specifically indicate the causes of the available energy losses in the internal combustion engine and their degree of influence and indicate the direction of improvement. The results of the exergy balance analysis in this paper show that reducing the exhaust heat loss and improving the fuel combustion are the main ways to improve the economy of the internal combustion engine
