目的 观察在空气加压舱内加压阶段吸氧对中耳气压伤的影响。方法 将 3 2 5例行高压氧治疗的神志清醒患者随机分为两组 ,Ⅰ组为对照组 (162例 ) ,采用加压阶段吸空气 ,Ⅱ组为观察组 (163例 ) ,采用加压阶段吸氧气。结果 观察组中耳气压伤发病率与对照组比较明显下降 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 在空气加压舱内加压阶段吸氧可明显减少中耳气压伤的发生。
Objective To observe the effect of oxygen inhalation on the barotrauma of middle ear caused by pressurization during air pressurization. Methods 325 conscious patients with hyperbaric oxygen were randomly divided into two groups. Group Ⅰ was a control group (162 cases). Air was taken during the pressurization phase. Group Ⅱ (163 cases) was treated with pressure Oxygen stage. Results The incidence of middle ear traumatic pressure injury in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusions During the pressurization stage of air pressurization cabin, oxygen inhalation can significantly reduce the occurrence of barotrauma in the middle ear.
