序言在金属切削加工中,进一步提高刀具耐用度,对节约贵重刀具材料提高生产率,降低成本有重大意义。提高刀具耐用度方法很多;如氰化、镀铬、渗硫、蒸汽处理、电解抛光、电火花强化等。但从1952年捷克 Jiri Strnad 提出利用磷化处理法提高刀具耐用度以来,在民主德国先后又提出了热水和热油处理提高刀具耐用的方法。几年来国内外对磷化和热水热油处理方法进行了(特别是民主德国)很多试验研究工作。已证明能提高刀具耐用度,而且比上述氰化等方法有更大的经济性。但必须指出:对这些问题虽然进行了很多试验研究,而且各研究者对提高耐用度之原
Preface In metal cutting, to further improve the tool durability, saving valuable tool material to improve productivity and reduce costs of great significance. There are many ways to improve the durability of tools; such as cyanide, chrome plating, sulfur infiltration, steam treatment, electrolytic polishing, EDM and so on. However, since the Czech Republic Jiri Strnad proposed in 1952 to improve the durability of the tool by phosphating, hot springs and hot oil treatments have been proposed in the Democratic Germany to increase the durability of the tool. Over the past few years at home and abroad on the phosphating and hot water hot oil treatment methods (especially in Germany) a lot of experimental research. It has proven to increase the tool’s durability and is more economical than the above methods such as cyanidation.
