对限压式变量叶片泵的压力?流量特性方程进行了推导,指出摩擦阻力的存在会使限压式变量叶片泵产生滞回现象。之后设计出一种限压式变量叶片泵特性分析实验装置,并进行限压式变量叶片泵的加载与卸载实验,通过实验证实:摩擦阻力使泵的加载曲线和卸载曲线不相重合,从而产生滞回现象。实验结果与理论推导相吻合,表明该实验装置具有很强的实用性。
The pressure-flow characteristic equation of the variable-pressure variable-displacement vane pump is deduced, and it is pointed out that the existence of frictional resistance will cause the hysteresis of the pressure-limiting variable-vane pump. After that, a kind of pressure-limiting variable-displacement vane pump characteristic analysis experimental device was designed, and the pressure-limited variable vane pump was loaded and unloaded experimentally. It was verified through experiments that the frictional resistance caused the pump load curve and unloading curve to be inconsistent, Hysteresis phenomenon. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical deduction, indicating that the experimental device has strong practicability.
