本研究重点描述了初级保健服务机构的服务创新,以提高医生的从业乐趣,减少职业倦怠。我们对23家高效的初级保健服务机构进行调查,并针对这些机构的医疗团队是如何工作的,如何使技术更好地为他们服务,如何使用数字化提高他们的效果,如何使初级保健工作更可行、更充满乐趣从而使初级保健成为医生毕生的事业等问题进行调查。研究发现他们的服务创新主要包括:(1)积极的计划,包括就诊前计划以及就诊前实验室检查;(2)医疗服务的团队合作,包括扩展的一般检查、常备医嘱以及患者管理;(3)团队分担文书工作,包括协作记录(速记)、非医生进行医嘱录入以及流水线式的处方管理;(4)通过口头交流以及来信管理的方式促进团队的沟通;(5)通过办公地点一体化、团队例会以及工作流程图等提高团队的效能。建议将以医生为中心的工作模式转变为团队合作提供医疗服务的模式,在新医疗服务模式中,每个医生都有一个较高水平的支撑团队,且团队内经常通过会议等形式进行交流,从而使团队工作更高效,并提高医生的职业满意度和行医的乐趣。
This study focuses on the service innovation of primary care providers to enhance the practitioners’ fun and reduce job burnout. We surveyed 23 highly effective primary care providers and looked at how their medical teams work, how technologies can serve them better, how digital can be used to improve their effectiveness and how primary care can be done , More fun to make primary care a doctor’s life career and other issues to investigate. The study found that their service innovation mainly includes: (1) positive plans, including pre-treatment planning and pre-treatment laboratory tests; (2) teamwork of medical services, including extended general inspection, standing orders and patient management; (3) (4) to promote team communication through verbal communication and letter management; (5) through the integration of office locations, to facilitate the communication of teamwork; Team regular meetings and work flow chart to improve team effectiveness. It is suggested that the doctor-centered work mode be transformed into a mode of teamwork and medical service provision. In the new medical service mode, each doctor has a higher level support team, and the team often exchanges information in the form of meetings, Thus making teamwork more efficient and improving the professional satisfaction of doctors and the pleasure of practicing medicine.
