在新课改背景下,教学反思是促进广大教师提升业务水平的有效方式,是促进教师专业发展的核心要素。从某种意义上讲,主动开展教学反思活动既是优秀教师成长的共同特征,也是催生优秀教师的必由之路。因此,作为新课改背景下的中小学教师,我们必须明确教学反思的基本原则,理清教学反思的主要内容,掌握教学反思的呈现方式,深入开展教学反思活动。
In the context of the new curriculum reform, teaching reflection is an effective way to promote the majority of teachers to enhance their professional level, is to promote the core elements of professional development of teachers. In a sense, taking the initiative to carry out teaching reflection activities is not only a common feature of outstanding teachers’ growth, but also the only way to give birth to excellent teachers. Therefore, as primary and secondary school teachers in the context of new curriculum reform, we must clarify the basic principles of teaching reflection, clarify the main content of teaching reflection, grasp the presentation of teaching reflection, and conduct in-depth teaching reflection.
