根据2013年和2014年我国财产保险公司员工结构和公司经营数据,对员工结构与公司绩效间的关系进行实证分析,结果为:员工性别与公司绩效不相关,高级管理人员占比增加对公司绩效有正向影响,员工学历水平对公司综合绩效有正向影响,员工职称水平对公司综合绩效有正向影响,员工年龄与公司绩效有负相关系。
According to the employee structure and company operating data of China’s property insurance companies in 2013 and 2014, the paper empirically analyzes the relationship between employee structure and company performance.
