目的探讨噪声对作业人员听力和血压的影响。方法选取665名接触噪声作业人员为接触组,581名未接触噪声新工人为对照组,进行问卷调查及职业健康检查。结果接触组听力损失检出率(23.2%)明显高于对照组(8.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);接触组接噪工龄与听力损失检出率高度有关(P<0.01)。接触组高血压检出率(9.2%)明显高于对照组(3.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);接触组接噪工龄与高血压检出率有关(P<0.01)。结论长期接触噪声可导致作业人员听力损失及诱发高血压,听力损失程度及高血压程度与噪声接触时间有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of noise on hearing and blood pressure of workers. Methods A total of 665 contact noise workers were selected as the exposure group and 581 new workers exposed to noise were selected as the control group. Questionnaires and occupational health examinations were conducted. Results The detection rate of hearing loss in the contact group (23.2%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (8.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) ). The detection rate of hypertension in the contact group (9.2%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (3.8%) (P <0.01). The incidence of hypertension in the contact group was related to the detection rate of hypertension (P <0.01). Conclusion Long-term exposure to noise can lead to hearing loss and induced hypertension in workers. The degree of hearing loss and the degree of hypertension are related to the noise exposure time.
