老子哲学思想与宝钢核心领导力提升,被许多人认为是“风马牛不相及”的两件事。其实,中国哲学思想有着悠久的历史,博大精深,其中充满了管理的智慧。作为中国历史上最伟大的哲学家,数千年前,老子就以其慈悲广博的胸襟,阐述了现代西方管理界最炙手可热的“领导力”培养问题。本文结合宝钢核心领导力建设的思考与实践,分析了老子哲学思想对宝钢领导人员提升“自我管理能力”的启示。
Laozi’s philosophical thinking and the improvement of core leadership at Baosteel are considered by many as two things that make no difference. In fact, Chinese philosophy has a long history, extensive and profound, which is full of management wisdom. As the greatest philosopher in Chinese history, thousands of years ago, Lao Tzu elaborated on the most popular hot topic of “leadership” training in modern Western management circles. Based on the thinking and practice of core leadership construction in Baosteel, this paper analyzes the enlightenment of Lao Tze ’s philosophical thinking on promoting “self - management ability” of leaders in Baosteel.
