作者就硒对诱癌大鼠T淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶活性的影响进行了观察。结果表明:高硒组、正常硒组及低硒组间,诱癌大鼠T淋巴酯酶反应阳性细胞(ANAE~+)率及点状颗粒型细胞(D~+)比例均有显著性差异(P<0.05);分散颗粒型细胞(S~+)比例及D~+/S~+比值均无显著性差异。提示硒对T淋巴细胞的影响可能是通过促使T_H细胞的作用,而不是通过抑制T_S细胞而发挥作用的。硒对诱发性肿瘤的作用,可能与提高机体T淋巴细胞中T_H亚群的比例有关。
The authors observed the effect of selenium on α-acetonaphthonatoacetase activity in T lymphocytes of induced cancer rats. The results showed that there were significant differences in the percentage of T-lymphatic esterase response positive cells (ANAE~+) and the proportion of spot-like granular cells (D~+) between the high selenium group, the normal selenium group, and the low selenium group. (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the proportion of dispersed particles (S~+) and D~+/S~+ ratio. It is suggested that the effect of selenium on T lymphocytes may be through the role of promoting T_H cells, rather than by inhibiting T_S cells. The effect of selenium on induced tumors may be related to the increase in the proportion of T_H subpopulations in body T lymphocytes.
