采用通过串行数据通讯接口设定激光各项参数、监控激光器的开机状态及运行过程中的实时状态,通过并行数据通讯接口实现运行过程中的高速控制、与运动系统进行交互式的联动反馈的控制方式。这样不仅可以在控制速度上跟上实际需要,而且由于使用了RS-232接口,可以不需要增加新的硬件并且与现有控制软件有着良好的兼容性。
The parameters of the laser are set through the serial data communication interface to monitor the laser on status and real-time status during operation. The parallel data communication interface enables high-speed control during operation and interactive feedback with the motion system control method. This will not only keep pace with the actual speed of control, but also with the addition of new hardware and compatibility with existing control software due to the RS-232 interface.
