目的了解茂名市医疗机构的消毒现状及存在问题,以便科学指导医院消毒工作,减少和控制医院感染的发生。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)[1]和《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)的要求对茂名市3家市级医院、5家县(区)级医院、1家镇级医院和24家私营及个体诊所开展1年2次消毒效果监测,监测内容为手术室、妇产科等重点科室的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中的消毒剂等。结果全市区医疗机构总合格率99.40%,市级医疗机构合格率99.50%,县级医疗机构合格率98.44%,镇级医疗机构合格率100.00%,私营及个体诊所医疗机构合格率100.00%。其中灭菌医疗用品合格率合格率100.00%,使用中消毒剂合格率100.00%,室内空气合格率93.67%,医务人员手合格率100.00%,物体表面合格率99.31%。结论市、县两级医院消毒效果稍微差于镇级和私营及个体诊所医疗机构,提示市、县两级是今后督导检查的重点,特别是空气消毒工作的落实。
Objective To understand the disinfection status quo and existing problems of medical institutions in Maoming in order to guide the hospital disinfection work scientifically to reduce and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods According to the requirements of “Disinfection Technical Specification” (2002) [1] and “Sterilization Standard of Hospital” (GB15982-1995) of Ministry of Public Health, three municipal hospitals, five county (district) hospitals and one hospital The township hospitals and 24 private and individual clinics will conduct disinfection monitoring twice a year. The monitoring contents include room air, surface of objects, medical staff, disinfectant in use, etc. in key departments such as operating room and obstetrics and gynecology department. Results The total qualified rate of medical institutions in the whole city was 99.40%. The passing rate of municipal medical institutions was 99.50%. The passing rate of county-level medical institutions was 98.44%. The passing rate of township-level medical institutions was 100.00%. The passing rate of medical institutions in private and individual clinics was 100.00%. Sterilization medical supplies pass rate of 100.00%, the use of disinfectant pass rate of 100.00%, indoor air pass rate of 93.67%, medical staff hand pass rate of 100.00%, the object surface pass rate of 99.31%. Conclusions The disinfection effect of hospitals in municipal and county hospitals is slightly worse than that in towns and private and individual clinics, suggesting that the municipal and county levels are the focus of future supervision and inspection, especially the implementation of air disinfection.
