本文对恶性黄疸患者血清生化学(直接胆红素、间接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰移换酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶等六项指标)的变化及其机理进行探讨。并以光镜和透射电镜对肝脏进行病理组织学观察,结果表明:六项生化指标均明显高于正常;此改变与胆道阻塞时间的长短及胆道压力增高有关;恶性黄疸血清生化学改变并非由胆道系统感染所致;胆道压力增高引起的病理组织学改变是发生血清生化学改变的主要原因。
In this paper, the changes and mechanism of serum biochemistry (direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamyltransferase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and other six indicators) in patients with malignant jaundice Discussion. The histopathology of the liver was observed with light microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the six biochemical indexes were significantly higher than those of the normal one. The changes were related to the duration of biliary obstruction and the increase of biliary tract pressure. The biochemical changes of malignant jaundice were not caused by Biliary tract infection; pathological changes caused by increased biliary tract pressure is the main reason for the occurrence of serum biochemical changes.
